This innovative ShieldWell tyre sealant system is designed to permanently seal tyre punctures in pneumatic tyres used at up to 60 mph. It provides a permanent seal and puncture protection in both tubed and tubeless tyres.

ShieldWell pneumatic tyre sealant can be installed at any time to prevent and repair punctures in wheelchairs, bikes, trailers, caravans and agricultural vehicles and all sorts of other vehicles. It gives puncture protection for all types of commercial and domestic tyres.

The purple liquid contains thousands of tiny fibres held in suspension inside the liquid. When installed in the tyre, it evenly coats the inside of the tube/tyre and then simply waits for a puncture! If you suffer a puncture, the liquid is drawn to the hole by air pressure, the fibres then bundle together (aided by the flexing of the tyre) and fill the hole and repair the puncture permanently **. There is a lot of confusion surrounding our field. We want to give you 6 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any solution you obtain:

It must be environmentally friendly. We must care for our planet, so we have taken care to make sure our product does not contain harmful elements such as aerosols, solvents, asbestos,  latex or rubber.

Some sealants on the market require substantial amounts of liquid to be injected into the tyre, this causes blockages to the valve. With ShieldWell you typically have to only install half the amount compared to others which reduces weight and valve blockages.

You (and others) need to know that the product has been installed. ShieldWell is the only supplier to provide unique "stickers" that you put onto the vehicle to show that you have installed a puncture sealant.
