CANCELLATIONS:

On Line orders can be cancelled within two (2) days of the original purchase order. If the order has NOT been shipped then the purchaser will be credited with the full purchase price.

If the order has been processed and has been shipped then the purchaser must return the product UN-OPENED to ShieldWell Ltd within 5 days of the delivery date. The return address can be found on the "Contact Us" page. In the case of RAMPS - please call our offices first as the ramp(s) may need to be returned to our central depot. Once the product has been returned un-damaged and un-opened then the purchaser will be credited with the appropriate amount (excluding collection and delivery charges and a 15% handling/re-stocking fee)

RETURNS:

Purchasers can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 5 days after they have been delivered. Items should be returned in their original packaging and must be in a saleable condition. The return address can be found on the "Contact Us" page. In the case of RAMPS - please call our offices first as the ramp(s) may need to be returned to our central depot. DISPUTES:

If a dispute arrises, then this should be taken up directly with the senior management of ShieldWell Ltd and should be put in writing with a full explanation of the issue. SheildWell Ltd shall review the issue and will confirm it's position within 14 working days. The decision of the senior management shall be final.
